How can an English Comprehension test be in Spanish??

It's the same in LA. They rush into our school district meetings and complain that our school system are making them look stupid and we need to lower our standards to make them feel better. They even complain about our meetings being held in English and unfortunately one of school board actually held the meeting in SPanish. TO African Americans here complained and sued over it. For those who complain that this is an English speaking nation, we need to send them back to what ever country they came from. They new that we speak English here, and if they don't like it, they shouldn't have come. People need to take the good with what they "think" is the bad. Frankly there the ones who have the lessor education and needs to understand that sometimes the things they don't like is connected to the things they want. Our success is base on the fact we speak English and it's the language of Trade. Our success is due to the fact we have a uniform language that keeps our people together.
