I feel tired all the time?

hi dont know if anyone can help but for the last couple of weeks i have been tired all the time throught the day i feel exausted i cant sleep at nite i wake up through the nite gong for a wee all the time i have a 14 month old son to look after and a brother who has torrettes so i dont know it thats what is it
