Can my 3 year old albinism daughter have adhd ? she has trouble sleeping,keeping still ect?

it usually takes her 3-4 hours to go to sleep when i take her to bed,iv also got to stay with her till she sleepling,shes also fidgity and cant keep still day or nite she bouncers and jumps around she also got albinism which she is partically sighted could any of these lead to adhd ?
