Does capitalization make one's fallacious argument true?

I notice a vast overuse of capitalization in the R & S section. I theorize that this an extention of the mindset by some that volume equates to truth. If people feel the need to shout, one could wonder how much subconscious doubt they have in their position. Interested in any thoughts on the subject.
