Does he still want to be with me?

I dated this guy about 7 months ago he is a hard worker he works alot at 3 jobs. he is a lab tech duringteh day evening a kung fu trainer and on weekends a bouncer . I understand he is busy but I love spending time with him he makes me feel good about me and he is good company. problem I guess is , is that I feel like its always me initiating plans liek wanna go roller blading tonight ? wanna have a sleep over or whatever I am texting him he only responds I kinda feel liek I am bugging him we dated before but broke up and now i feel like i hurt him when i left him and now he has a gaurd up ? and doesnt want to get emotionally involved? if so how can I help ease the fear . I really liek him what can I say to him that wont scare him away or annoy him or maul him ? Thank you
