Harment or not please explain?

okay I am in band we have practices, some people (who are power hungry) are officers two of them are in my section well since I am a high-school senior and have a part time job I some times have to miss practice and when I get online to check my face book they pester me about why I missed practice and then lecture me on not missing practice and they always do this when I miss a practice is this harment? one of them even went far enough to take my friends phone and call me up when I was working demanding an explanation as to why I was not at practice I love band but these two are honestly pushing me to quitting some thing I love
