How good of a GPA do you need for a lower law school?

What GPA range should I have if I want to try to get into a law school like the University of Arkansas or LSU? I'm just a freshman, so I haven't taken the LSAT, but I do really well on tests. I go to Southern Arkansas University which is a very average public school. I'm not thinking Yale, but I would like the option of law school down the road.
