How to play RAR video file ?

To add to the other answer, when you have 7-zip or WinRAR (or whatever utility you do get) installed, you ONLY need to extract the .rar file. the .r01, r02, etc. files will automatically have their data extracted. Don't worry about the SFV file, but the .rar is the only one you need to extract.
