"Blister" in Acoustic Guitar Body?

That's not good news. The top of your guitar is warping due either to insufficient bracing under the top or possibly because of too heavy gauge strings. Your best bet is to take it to a good tech to see if it can be saved. If it's an inexpensive guitar it may be cheaper to buy a new one. What make and model guitar is it?
