Should i get a general antisthetic to get 1 molar and 2 wisdom teeth extracted?

im petrified of the dentist, ive been twice within 2 wks to get my molar extracted under local, but i refused and told them to stop half way through the procedure. the second time i went i nearly fainted so they gave me a prescription for valium to make my nervs calm down for when i go in the 3rd time to get my teeth extracted. im just so terrified of even doing that tho... But the cost of gettin put under is just too much.
